Can this be worn under makeup without making you look white like a ghost?

It's making you white like any 50 and more spf cream. But I put a little bit on my face and waiting 10 minutes. When it is well absorbed, I put a napkin on my face and walk along it with my hands, remove napkin from my face and then apply make-up. It turns out a very good protection from the sun and the face is not like a ghost.

Does this rub into your skin (looks invisible) or does it still look white?

It will fade quickly.as it dries a.lttle. .ten seconds. Great product.

Is this water resistant or waterproof?

Does this for uva and uvb? It only says uva

Yes, it blocks both. The tube says both UVA and UVB. It also says broad spectrum, zinc-based sun screens are a physical sunscreen which is usually always UVA and UVB.
