Absolutely useless!!! Used 3 times now when I go to use it 10 seconds later it just stops with the dial still lit up, don’t waste your money.

less than 1 year and one of the batteries has packed in, will not charge, when the other one dies the machine will become a paperweight !!

As described, batteries have a decent life and charge reasonably quick. Speed control is great and paint polishing/correcting in small spaces and on narrow trim works beautifully. Extremely happy with this product.

Well, I have to say, this is a GREAT little tool/polisher. I had a few mild and somewhat deeper scratches on my '18 Honda Goldwing and was anxiously awaiting the arrival of this tool to see what could be done about them. I also ordered the SPTA compound kit with the three different levels of compound. The kit arrived and was well packaged. I charged up both batteries and jumped right in with one 2" wool pad and the course cutting compound. That zapped out the hard scratches in short order. I then changed pads so I could apply the medium compound. That worked outstanding too. Then, a change to a foam pad and introduced the fine cutting/polishing compound. WOW! It turned absolutely fantastic! For the most part, you can't tell where any of the scratches were. Now, all this depends on the depth of scratches so, just because I got mine out, doesn't mean all of yours will disappear with this tool. So, just keep that in mind. I'm totally happy with this tool/polisher. I'd order another in a heartbeat if necessary.

Works well battery life good, only downfall it wasn't Australia plug so had to buy a adapter to use charger.
