Complaint Regarding Milton Tiffin Box Issue
I purchased a Milton tiffin box, but I am facing a serious issue with it. Once the tiffin is packed and closed, it becomes very difficult/impossible to open again, because of which I am unable to eat my food properly. This has caused a lot of inconvenience. I request you to please look into this issue and provide a solution or replacement as soon as possible. Finishing of plastic attachment (side release buckle clips) of the carry cord could be better. Few sharp edges are protruding out of it. Carry cord could also be of better quality. At the top of the Milton box there are 3 flaps : 1 big and 2 small. And there are 4 flaps at the bottom of the box. Milton brand adhesive tape which has been applied at the top flap of the box is intact. But the tape applied at the bottom flaps joins only 2 of those 4 flaps. Also, the tape is twisted and poorly applied which means (1) either it has been applied in a haphazard manner or (2) someone opened the box from the bottom and then reapplied the tape in a rough manner. As you know a cube / cuboid has 12 edges, 8 corners (vertices) and 6 faces. The Milton box is of cuboid shape. There is a compression (dent) in one of the 8 corners of the box (in one of the lower 4 corners). This means the box wasn't handled with care in transport or storage. It is a minor damage though. Overall the final product looks all right.

It's good but it's too small for my father's lunch I was expecting this in big size you can not even put 2 chapattis together it's that small and for that you demanded a big price not expected

Keep the food warm for 3 to 4 hours and that is enough for me..

Good value for the price.
Overall a good product. The strap of 1 of them broke within a week. However it was an easy fix. Keeps food warm. A little bulky. The 3 inside containers made of steel. Easy to clean.
