Great for work
This is very sturdy for my personal attack alarm and the clip is very solid. It's a good length but the neck whole could be a bit larger as it is tight to get over my hair if in a bun.

Depends what you need it for
This is a nice lanyard, however I bought this for my wife to have communication cards easily accessible for our son when she is out & about. The clasp has a very slight gap, so the communication cards slipped through the gap when she was walking & lost them.

Not bad.
I wanted a cheap lanyard to connect to my phone and that’s what I received. However, the lanyard only just fitted over my head, so beware all with larger heads. Clips onto the case of my iPhone 13+ and is long enough to slip into my shirt pocket. For the price it’s ok.
