Flora - Sacha Inchi Oil, Cold Pressed & Unrefined, 8.5 Fl Oz

I bought this because the literature says this oil is one of the highest food sources of omega 3. Since I have read damaging things about fish oil, I was looking for an alternative. This was a good choice. A little oil goes a long way, the dark glass bottle protects it, and there is sufficient oil to last a while. It tastes fresh. Usually I use it on food, but I never heat it in order to retain its good qualities. I keep it in the refrigerator, and it remains in liquid form. No worries about mercury and cruelty, as with fish oil.

I buy the oil, nut butter, and sach inchi seeds. Look no further than the ingredients. Same caliber level as an Avacado. Perfect keto staple. Very low saturated fat, high in omeg 3's, good amount of fiber. A winner! Off the radar screen.

My wife adds a table spoon of this to my salad (with italian dressing), and it adds a nice flavor. It's too expensive to use in place of olive oil, at least for me.

Excellent light textured oil. I'd give it 5 stars except that the bottle is not up to the task.. although glass which is nice, there is no dropper and it gets oily. I'm afraid I'll drop it.

This is the purest and best tasting Sacha Inchi Oil on the market. The Sacha Inchi seed contains the highest percent of Omega 3 of any plant on earth. I use it every day in place of olive oil. Thank you Flora for bringing this Amazonian Rain Forest Peruvian delight to my table.

This does wonders for the face and doesn't taste half bad too.
