I am hopeless at stretching - it's just such a tedious necessity when you are someone with long legs and active. This is a quality product and the materials are strong and well made. This is important as there is a lot of strain (obviously) on the straps. I think in this instance, it is very much the case that you are paying 'for what you get'. The strap is easy to use and has the advantage that the long loops allow you to sit down and stretch - i.e. you can sit in the armchair, watch the TV and do that stretching in the comfort of the cushion!.

Very good at what it does, because of the nature of pulling the lead you can see it won’t be long before stitching will become loose. The stitched logo on the front is already loosening. You Get a really good stretch especially if you have difficulty reaching certain positions unattended. Maybe a 3rd strap between the lowest and highest would help secure the foot of someone who isn’t as big?

Amazing! Using the strap is so much easier, more comfortable and more effective than using a Pilates band. I was born with a dislocatable hip and have had major surgery after the hip ball grew disformed making my leg longer, tilting my pelvis and compressing my lower back. I suffer a lot from it even though I've done Pilates for 15 years. I'm meant to do my physio exercises daily and stretching the quads is one of the best for me along with the hip flexors. I've never been able to do it effectively with a band and can't do it at all without. This leg stretcher is a game changer, I've managed to get the muscles stretched like never before. I definitely recommend it for anyone who struggles to get effective stretches or struggles to hold the right position.

Wasn’t that keen on this for my fault? I think you’re better with just a belt. The elasticated ones are better thank you. It pulls on your toes.

Only had a few days, easy to use and haven’t had time to report on effectiveness

It's working very well, I suggest to come up a better design to fit both feets, I found it feels better on my right feet because of the thumb position.

Standing on my feet for 8 hours a week in a factory is not good on your feet after using this for a week now makes a difference, good quality aswell well worth the price
