Sturdy and does the job
Good value for money, sturdy and does the job. Easy to move desk chair on it, good grip on carpet. Difficult to unwrap and the spikes are very spiky, but it stays flat after keeping weights on it for a couple of days. Edit 2026: I have had this under my desk for over a year and I'm pleased to report that it's still in great shape. It hasn't torn, scratched, or anything else. The carpet below remains protected. Definitely a purchase I would recommend.

Carpet protector
This is good quality, very strong and worth the money. However, it is very difficult to get it flat. It is tightly rolled for packing and the spikes which grip the carpet are sharp. Take your time and stand heavy objects on it for a while. It does not walk with the pile of the carpet, it does it's job.

Great mat, hard to unfold
This is a great mat! I got this when we moved in and the carpet was way too soft to have an office chair. This fixed the problem perfectly. However, it was difficult to fully unfold, I found that using a blow heater to soften the plastic works

Warning! Breaks up after 1.5 years, becomes sharp and dangerous
Warning! I purchased this mat 1.5 years ago but the plastic is now brittle and breaking so dangerous and useless. I contacted Trintion in case it was just faulty but they're not interested after the 1yr warranty is finished. It's not fit for purpose if it only lasts this long, especially considering the price. Warning!

Good Product does the job
Good product, needs to be smoothed out when received but this is expected and works well after a couple of days. Protects the carpet from chair indentations, would recommend it

Strong and descreet protection of carpet
Bought to use by desk to protect the carpet from paints, inks , charcoal etc. Tough, easily wipeable, discreet over the carpet. Would have liked it to be abit larger( I can be messy ) . Also it does creep abit but thats splittng hairs

Good quality office mat
Apart from being difficult to unfurl, the mat is thick which protects the carpet underneath very well from the wheels on my office chair marking the carpet.. Pleased with my purchase.
