I ordered this for a family member with dementia. It has helped so much with eliminating the urine smell from the adult pads. The body odor is gone. What a GREAT PRODUCT!!

I had been ordering a 6 or 12 pack of the 12oz bottles with the foam-pump sprayer and did not realize I could save the bottles and get this gallon refill jug of the PeriSkin Cleanser. I use this on a disabled family member between shower days. It is great, no oder, leaves no residue, and a great value. When I worked in a local hospital in my town we used this for our hospitalized patients so I knew how effective it is. I am thankful that I can get this for a great price and delivered to my home.

If you or someone you care for suffers from bowel incontinence, you already know what a hassle cleanup can be. I experience urinary and bowel incontinence and uses adult diapers for management. I was using a dozen or more adult wet wipes for cleanup after a bowel accident, but still never felt clean afterward. There was always a lingering odor. I read a post online suggesting using McKeeson Perineal Skin Cleanser with dry wipes. It has been a game changer. I use a dry wipe to remove the bulk of the stool, then I spray the McKeeson Perineal Cleanser and allow it to emulsify the remaining stool for a minute or so. Then spray a few squirts on 2-3 dry wipes to remove the remainder of the stool. A few more squirts directly on the skin followed by a final dry wipe. My skin feels soft, clean and conditioned. I smell fresh and clean with no lingering odor, ready for a clean diaper. Bowel accidents are no fun, but this makes managing them easier.

Love this product. Use works great with the disposable wash towels. Those don't have enough moisture so spraying a little bit of this on top of it after they dry out. Makes those expensive towels go so much further. Would highly recommend the product. Delivered without any flaws.

This cleanser has been a godsend in caring for my mother, who has dementia and is now almost completely incontinent. After purchasing the gallon size, I put it in a spray bottle so it's easier to manage. I spray a washcloth or waterwipes and clean her each time I change her undergarments. It has done an incredible job in almost completely eliminating any unpleasant odor associated with incontinence, as well as keeping her clean between baths. I never knew a product like this existed, but I am truly thankful for it. The herbal scent very has a pleasant and mild fragrance without being perfumy or medicinal. It makes my job easier, and I feel that, in some way, it helps her maintain some dignity. Caregiving has been a journey of challenges and discovery for me, but any product that can make the caregiving experience less stressful and more pleasant gets five stars, in my opinion.

Fragrance is delightful not overpowering. Bedriden client who I purchased it for noticed the difference from other rinse-free products. He claims his hair is softer after washing with this. I am sure we will purchase again.

Great spray cleaner which does not require rinse. Its perfect for thosd hatd to reach regions. Ot does not cause irritation.
