This was a present the cartridge for a mouse trap. I gave it to my brother for a present. He loves it.

the unit has been in service 2.5 years. I have never had to handle a carcass as the neighborhood owls come by 2 to 3 times a night to pick up the bodies and take it to the top of my fence where they eat them. be sure to not void your unit by getting other brands of CO2 because the others do not have the seals or the lubricant in them and will damage the trap unit. My kill rate is because I use my own bait... peanut butter and honey or jam mixed together.

I recently purchased the Goodnature CO2 Canister for my home soda maker, and overall, I’m quite pleased with it. Despite these minor issues, the overall performance and convenience of the Goodnature CO2 Canister make it a worthwhile investment.

The Goodnature A24 trap works great, and I have rated the trap itself with a 5-star review. However, the Goodnature branded CO2 canisters are overpriced for what they are, and in my experience, only contain enough gas pressure for 20 strikes… not 24 strikes as advertised by the company. There are other high quality CO2 cylinders available on Amazon at a much lower price, but Goodnature states they will void the trap warranty if any other brand of cylinder is used in the A24 trap. So I am “trapped” into paying their high price for a product that is only 83% effective… I’m not happy about this company’s marketing tactics.
