Can these be shipped in a normal envelope with a single stamp?

Hello there! You can use the card shipping protectors (SP100) in an envelope through the eBay Standard Envelope shipping program, as long as you meet the programs requirements: Nothing more than 3 oz, maximum dimensions of 6.125" x 11.5" x 0.25". (There are a full list of their requirements on the USPS page, but these are the size requirements)

We always recommend adding the "Non-Machinable" service/stamp to the envelope as well. To do this, you can purchase a book of Non-Machinable stamps from the USPS and add to the envelope yourself. Or you can take it into the office and they can add it for you. At the time of writing this comment, the Non-Machinable stamp is 20 cents.

Do these come with enough protectors for 100 cards? Or 50 cards?

Great question! Each box comes with 100 precut cardboard inserts. Each shipment requires 2 pieces, so each box is good for 50 shipments. Also please note, more than 1 card can be packaged together. Very versatile to meet your needs!
