Loses 2 Stars because the Workout is Spoiled by Advertising
This is a good exercise DVD - my Pilates teacher recommends Stott - but it is beyond tedious to load. First you have to choose a language. Then you have to agree that it's your fault if you die in the middle of it, or words to that effect, then you have to suffer through a long noisy ADVERT for a product you already own, then you have to select the workout, then you have to listen to the introduction from Moira. It takes 5 or 6 minutes to get started, which is time I often don't have in the mornings. The advert drives me bonkers. I've taken off 2 stars because I hate it so much.Once you get going it's a good workout, 5 star even. All the exercises are well explained, and the focus is on doing them correctly. The fitness circle really makes your muscles work harder, and it makes a change to have a toy to play with.
