Does the cap snap on tight and secure? The cap for the pen I have now (Waterman Phileas) doesn't snap on tightly and has come off while in my pocket. I've ruined 2 shirts this way.

I also have this pen and have the same problem. The cap has become loose and has come off and ruined some of my shirts as well. Don't know if Waterman would do anything about it as they may say it is normal wear but mine has not had that much use and has had excellent care. Love writing with it, just afraid to carry it in a shirt pocket.

I want to purchase this Pen, however want to know what all things I need to purchase to refill this , is it only ink bottle or something else?

Here's the deal, boiled down: People vary in what they want. You can make this simple or more complicated. It us up to you. Some find it simpler to buy cartridges, perhaps in several ink colors; others like to buy a bottle or two of ink and use the supplied converter. I like the converter, myself. I rarely buy cartridges, or only buy one box of blue-black ink cartridges for travel. In the long run, bottled ink is cheaper, and offers far more selections. Over time you may come to acquire a few bottles of ink, perhaps a black, blue-black, and blue. Waterman makes nice inks, by the way, sold at very good prices. The brown is surprisingly nice for correspondence, even in business. Diamine is another sure bet with a very wide selection of inks to pick from. You can make this as simple or complicated as YOU wish. If you travel frequently, cartridges are very convenient to have. No need to worry then about refills! A lot depends on whether you are a fountain pen hobbyist, or just a fountain pen user. The former doesn't see numerous bottles of ink, pipettes, etc. as complications. The latter, wants to streamline. You will read a lot here posted by hobbyists, so beware -you sound more like a get-down-to-business user. Keep it simple. Buy the pen and a bottle of ink, and use the supplied converter. Or, buy several boxes of cartridges. Those are the real choices.

someone said it comes with converter ,but some said no . What is the truth?

The Expert does not come with a converter; however, unlike some other Waterman models, most standard international converters will fit in this pen.

Firstly I will thank and appreciate Mr. Anil Sehgal the seller for his professionalism and transperancy. First I had ordered Waterman expert with black body and gold trims. Mr. Anil called me and informed that it is not available and if I wish to continue he will send me the same pen with chrome body and gold trims which he shared the pics over whatsapp and he also mentioned that it is customizable. I was very delighted when I received this pen....Its really fabulous and light in hand and the fine nib wow....buttery smooth. Thanks alot.

Waterman macht einen starken Auftritt

Hochwertiger Füller in sehr guter Verarbeitung mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Ich empfehle die F-Feder (fein) da sie für Einträge in einem Terminplaner durch die feinere Schrift besser geeignet ist. Wir haben zwei Stück als Präsent in den Ruhestand verschenkt. Dies kam als dauerhaftes Geschenk viel besser an als ein Präsentkorb und die Beschenkten haben sich sehr über das edle Stück gefreut.

ottima penna stilografica

Da un po di tempo ho ricominciato a scrivere con le stilografiche. Ho attualmente un parco penne abbastanza ampio: pelikan, pilot, sheaffer, parker, lamy, aurora, cross. Devo dire che come qualità di scrittura questa Waterman Expert 3 è la migliore: fluida; partenze immediate, tratto fine molto bello usando il suo inchiostro "Mysterious Blue". Qualità costruttiva molto buona. Presa in offerta a un prezzo eccezionale (meno di 50€) ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale.

Très très bon stylo plume

Très très satisfait de ce stylo plume Waterman. J’avais des doutes suite aux commentaires des précédents acheteurs. Reçu en parfait état, sans aucun problème esthétique avec une cartouche d’encre bleue en prime. L’écriture de cette pointe fine est très plaisante. Le stylo dégage une impression de robustesse et de présence non négligeable. Je recommande fortement.
