This shampoo smells heavenly and my Yorkie is so soft and clean after her bath. I've been tempted to use it on my own hair but the packaging clearly says not to do that. It suds up nicely into a thick lather yet rinses out easily and completely, unlike some shampoos that keep creating bubbles and suds when rinsing. I am pleased with the shampoo and highly recommend.

I received this on time but it had spilled all over the box . I'd suggest to wrap it it plastic bubble wrap when shipping. I was sent a replacement immediately! This product is amazing! At first when I smelled it I wasn't very impressed. I didn't know if I'd like it. But let me tell you this lathers up just enough. It feels silky smooth. Rinses out amazing and my dogs hair is shiny and beautiful! He has very curly hair and it was very easy to blow dry and the conditioning aspect is beyond amazing. I will continue to buy this product as long as it is available. I would highly recommend the chi for dogs! The smell is actually very nice and pleasant. He smells clean! No doggy smell!!!!

Smells good, creates a nice leather, washes out easily, leaves a fresh scent and definitely conditions the fur. We use this regularly on our pomerian to make sink baths a breeze. There's also a large amount so it will last awhile. A little goes along way.

Have used this shampoo for years on a small,white dog. Leaves her smelling fresh. No allergic reactions, dry skin, or hot spots after use.

Cleans well does NOT smell like CHI products which I was expecting due to other reviews. Although she was clean smelled like wet dog

Love how soft and shining it makes my dog coat feel. It doesn’t dry his coat out. It not much scented which is ok and he has sensitive skin so this seems to work for him. Will differently buy again. Seems to control his shedding and a great price as you don’t have to use much.
