These are a fab piece of kit and we’ve used them for both our babies, over the last 3.5 years - the quality is decent and the split screen function is super handy. The range is good and we’ve never had any connectivity issues. They are so easy to set up and, if I remember correctly, didn’t need to be paired at the outset; we were able to use them straight out of the box. I have had to pair the cameras (when we swapped them over by accident, after being away) and the process is very easy. The battery life of the parent unit eventually expired (not bad after >3 years of constant use) and after replacing one of the charging cables (which didn’t improve the issue, but allowed us to use it plugged in whilst the children were in bed; it just meant it was no longer portable which ultimately became problematic for us), we reached out to Babysense for advice on replacing the parent unit itself. Even though our warranty had expired, the Babysense customer support team couldn’t have been more helpful and whilst it took a bit of back and forth between us, and we ended up with a few other issues along the way, they took the time to explore all options before we got everything resolved (by replacing our set up with an updated version of what we had). Everyone we dealt with was super helpful and pleasant. We’d definitely recommend Babysense cameras (and as a brand) and we’d buy them again. For anyone who’s looking for ideas, these would make a great gift for expectant parents. We’ve got them set up on some flexible camera stands with clamps (purchased on Amazon) which work great and allow us to take the cameras with us if we’re ever away from home. Bottom line, we’ve found these to be a good quality product and good value for money, supported by great customer service 🌟

I did a lot of research in to finding the right baby monitor, and I am so pleased I went for the Babysense 720p - Its such a good baby monitor. The picture is fantastic, really clear. It has VOX mode which is brilliant. It will detect any movement from the baby (high, Med, Low setting) and the screen will flash on. It also has temperature and brightness settings, which are so handy. Recently I had a bit of a technical fault, the VOX mode stopped working and temperature settings too. I got in contact with customer services and they were BRILLIANT. Answered my email within couple hours, sent them a little video of my issues and they happily replaced. All resolved within a day. Which is what you need when this piece of kit, for me is a baby essential. Really happy and couldn't recommend this monitor enough!

I really like this monitor. It has a nice big display which is super sharp, and the HD quality from the cameras is outstanding... even in night vision you can still see every movement no matter how small. It has a great range of additional options such as the night light, sounds and ability to have it display both cameras at once. I should add the range of motion on the cameras plus the 4x zoom (digital) really make it easy to keep tabs on your lil one (or surprise your partner). The "However" for me is... We've had this almost a month and one of the cameras has stopped functioning for some reason. The power cables are fine but this camera just doesn't turn on, despite it working 2 days ago. Could someone get back to me about this otherwise I might have to return it as faulty... [UPDATE!] So I had one camera go on the fritz where it stopped drawing power. Sean from Babysense quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty camera unit at no charge and shipped it next day so we weren't without our second for long. It was amazing service and I cannot thank them enough for their time and effort to sort this out. A* service.

Great camera, with a clear picture and good signal throughout my house. We use this solidly for every nap and overnight. There was a fault with the camera after 6 months of use however. So I contacted the babysense customer service team, who despite my camera being out of the 1yr warranty, sent me a new replacement. Cannot fault the customer service, and would recommend the products.

I am sharing my review based on my feedback. I have not got this product for free and I paid the retail price for this. I spent a long time looking for a decent priced baby monitor set that we can use to monitor our twins. I found the previous version of this on Amazon UK but when i looked at the babysense website i noticed that the new HD model was available only in America at the time. As soon as Amazon UK had the stock i bought and used it straight away. Its a great device that allows you to view both screens at the same time, the camera also has music and allows you to move and pan the device as much as you want. The range is super as I have taken it to the garden and back and it still has signal, i have not yet lost any signal using this device and in my 4 bedroom property i do not think i will. The battery on the handheld unit is dependant on how much you turn it on, but we use the feature that when it detects a noise it will come on. This helps a lot to save battery and i do recommend you turn it on. The unit itself is plastic as mentioned in other reviews but for me we have had no issues with that. It has a little kick stand that is useful to keep the device on a desk. The packaging is great and everything is packed nice and neat. For this price it is a steal and i would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a HD screen with Nightvision with split screen.

I purchased this unit just over a year ago. Initially I loved it. Although the parent unit as suddenly stopped working and charging. I reached out to customer service and advised of the issue. I was informed that the monitor has passed its warranty and all they could offer was a 15percent discount on a new unit. No offer of repair or anything else suitable. Personally, a baby monitor should last more than a year without a fault occuring. Very poor customer service and follow up with products. Several reviews have mentioned this issue regarding the parent unit so it must be something the company is aware of.

Recommended by a friend and didn’t disappoint particularly for the price point. Excellent picture quality and sound. Very user friendly. After about 16 months of use a buzzing sound appeared in both the monitor and the camera. I contacted Customer service for some advice. I attached videos so they had a clear idea of the problem. They offered a few different troubleshooting options but unfortunately none worked. I had mentioned that we are due our second baby in a few weeks that we had intended to only have to buy another camera hence why we were eager to determine if the devices could be fixed or if we would need to purchase new ones. I couldn’t believe when their Customer Service Representative Chris told us that he had posted out a new monitor with two cameras free of charge. He couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the process but to go that extra mile and give us new devices really was something else. We couldn’t speak higher of the Babysense Customer Care Team and their products.

This is a really impressive baby monitor. Particularly if you are comparing it to similar ones on the market, it's very cody effective. Crystal clear picture both during the day and especially night mode. It has 4 volume levels and again there is little lag with the sound and it's clear. It allows two way communication as you can speak to the screen monitor to reassure the baby. I have the one screen version and am so happy with this. It doesn't rely on WiFi so an added security. I use it for 4 hours a night and need to charge it every few days. The movement is great for both side to side and panning up and down to get the right angle. Can be attached to the wall by screw or placed on a surface. I can't vouch for the music/White noise setting setting as not used it due to having another product for that.

I am keeping this baby monitor because it is ok, and I don't have the energy to test a bunch of different brands/models. I wanted a video monitor that wasn't connected to Wifi or my phone. This was recommended to me by a friend who was dissatisfied with other monitors she had tried. I was previously using a Wyze Pan Cam. For the price, I expected this monitor to be far superior in every way. Sadly, it is not. It covers the basics but falls short on all of its advertised premium features. See below. Pros: - Nice packaging - Easy set up - Monitor has a large screen with a menu that is easy to navigate. - Good sound detection on camera and loud speaker on monitor. Cons: - Compared with the Wyze camera, the overall picture resolution and night vision are inferior. The zoom function is not very useful as it is grainy with little contrast. I cannot see my baby's chest rise and fall. - Temperature gauge is not accurate when camera is wall-mounted. It is 2-3 degrees C higher than the crib temperature. - Clock gains time (about 15 minutes per week) and has to be reset regularly. - White noise feature is not loud enough with poor sound quality, tinny and scratchy. Still using a dedicated white noise machine. - Battery does not last the whole day, even when only checking the screen for a few seconds here and there. It also takes about 8 hours to fully charge. I have to plug it in overnight. The cable has a box on it (not sure the function of this) which is heavy and awkward. I cannot speak to the following features as I have not used them. - microphone - split-screen (I only have one camera.) - long range (I live in a small apartment.) - customer service (It has been working perfectly for over a month.) Although I admittedly have not done the research, there must be less expensive monitors on the market that have basic functions with comparable quality. This monitor sadly does not meet my expectations for my purposes. Perhaps, if you have different needs, it will be just the ticket for you and your family.

Ya lo he recomendado a varios amigos. Llevo muchos meses usándolo y funciona genial. Tiene varias funciones que para mí lo hacen especialmente útil. - Me encanta que se pueda mover la cámara desde el monitor, me permite poder seguir viendo al niño si cambia de posición sin tener que ir a la habitación. - La visión nocturna es super clara. - Que tenga dos cámaras hace que pueda vigilar a mi hijo en la cuna y mientras juega sin tener que cambiar todo el rato la cámara de posición. - El termómetro pensaba que no era útil pero me ha ayudado ha saber que mi hijo se estaba despertando porque hacía demasiado frío o calor en la habitación. - La función de poder hablar por el monitor y que se escuche con la cámara me permite comunicarme con mi hijo mientras juega sin tener que gritar en la casa o desplazarme. No tengo niguna pega, como he dicho ya la he recomendado varias veces, para mi es el perfecta

Faulty Charger Pls replace

Wir sind mit dem Babysense Babyphone wirklich sehr zufrieden. Besonders praktisch finden wir, dass zwei Kameras im Lieferumfang enthalten sind. Das gibt einem unglaublich viel Flexibilität im Alltag. Eine Kamera haben wir bei uns am Swing to Sleep mit einem Kameragestell montiert, die andere direkt am Babybett, so haben wir jederzeit alles im Blick. Die Reichweite ist richtig gut und stabil, auch über mehrere Räume hinweg. Das Bild ist klar und zuverlässig und man kann ganz einfach von einer Kamera zur anderen wechseln, was im Alltag extrem praktisch ist. Die Bedienung ist sehr intuitiv, man findet sich sofort zurecht, auch ohne lange Anleitung. Zusätzlich gibt es viele sinnvolle Funktionen wie Musik und White Noise, was wir als großes Plus empfinden. Auch die Gegensprechfunktion ist vorhanden, die brauchen wir aktuell zwar noch nicht, da unser Baby noch sehr jung ist, aber es ist gut zu wissen, dass man diese Option später nutzen kann. Insgesamt fühlt sich das Babyphone sehr durchdacht und hochwertig an. Für uns ist es eine richtig gute, zuverlässige Kamera, die uns viel Sicherheit gibt. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder kaufen und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen.

The monitor itself is of excellent quality - great picture, lots of settings, great cameras and battery. HOWEVER, my parent unit is faulty and requires me to reset my preferred Vox, time, temperature etc settings every single time I turn the parent unit back on. I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Amazon seller as it is out of their hands (they don't sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Amazon). I was 3 days past the Amazon 30 day return and this Amazon seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.
