I really like this monitor. It has a nice big display which is super sharp, and the HD quality from the cameras is outstanding... even in night vision you can still see every movement no matter how small. It has a great range of additional options such as the night light, sounds and ability to have it display both cameras at once. I should add the range of motion on the cameras plus the 4x zoom (digital) really make it easy to keep tabs on your lil one (or surprise your partner). The "However" for me is... We've had this almost a month and one of the cameras has stopped functioning for some reason. The power cables are fine but this camera just doesn't turn on, despite it working 2 days ago. Could someone get back to me about this otherwise I might have to return it as faulty... [UPDATE!] So I had one camera go on the fritz where it stopped drawing power. Sean from Babysense quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty camera unit at no charge and shipped it next day so we weren't without our second for long. It was amazing service and I cannot thank them enough for their time and effort to sort this out. A* service.

These are a fab piece of kit and we’ve used them for both our babies, over the last 3.5 years - the quality is decent and the split screen function is super handy. The range is good and we’ve never had any connectivity issues. They are so easy to set up and, if I remember correctly, didn’t need to be paired at the outset; we were able to use them straight out of the box. I have had to pair the cameras (when we swapped them over by accident, after being away) and the process is very easy. The battery life of the parent unit eventually expired (not bad after >3 years of constant use) and after replacing one of the charging cables (which didn’t improve the issue, but allowed us to use it plugged in whilst the children were in bed; it just meant it was no longer portable which ultimately became problematic for us), we reached out to Babysense for advice on replacing the parent unit itself. Even though our warranty had expired, the Babysense customer support team couldn’t have been more helpful and whilst it took a bit of back and forth between us, and we ended up with a few other issues along the way, they took the time to explore all options before we got everything resolved (by replacing our set up with an updated version of what we had). Everyone we dealt with was super helpful and pleasant. We’d definitely recommend Babysense cameras (and as a brand) and we’d buy them again. For anyone who’s looking for ideas, these would make a great gift for expectant parents. We’ve got them set up on some flexible camera stands with clamps (purchased on Amazon) which work great and allow us to take the cameras with us if we’re ever away from home. Bottom line, we’ve found these to be a good quality product and good value for money, supported by great customer service 🌟

I've taken a video to explain. It's great, we have two cameras, one in each room for the different kids. The night vision is great too, it's all very clear. The camera is sensitive enough to pick up noise, but not overly sensitive There are lights on the camera which you can use as a night light. They're orange and 3 settings Comes with different songs you can play including white noise which you can set the time and volume My only gripe is that the sound doesn't come from both, however if the sound is loud enough (in my case it was a multi-tool cutting the skirting) the camera switches to that room, even if it's not in split screen mode. Useful but I wish that alerting noise didn't have to be that loud but xoukd pick up softly crying children. The camera unit is largish and a little light plastic but I suppose that's to allow for the light. Overall, glad I switched from the Motorola to this, now I can watch TV downstairs whilst the lids are asleep in two different rooms Battery life is also very good (had it for 3 months now)

I am sharing my review based on my feedback. I have not got this product for free and I paid the retail price for this. I spent a long time looking for a decent priced baby monitor set that we can use to monitor our twins. I found the previous version of this on Amazon UK but when i looked at the babysense website i noticed that the new HD model was available only in America at the time. As soon as Amazon UK had the stock i bought and used it straight away. Its a great device that allows you to view both screens at the same time, the camera also has music and allows you to move and pan the device as much as you want. The range is super as I have taken it to the garden and back and it still has signal, i have not yet lost any signal using this device and in my 4 bedroom property i do not think i will. The battery on the handheld unit is dependant on how much you turn it on, but we use the feature that when it detects a noise it will come on. This helps a lot to save battery and i do recommend you turn it on. The unit itself is plastic as mentioned in other reviews but for me we have had no issues with that. It has a little kick stand that is useful to keep the device on a desk. The packaging is great and everything is packed nice and neat. For this price it is a steal and i would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a HD screen with Nightvision with split screen.

I’ve had these two cameras and split screen monitor for nearly three years and it has consistently provided me with peace of mind. It provides a clear view of my two children and the sound quality is also very good. It has been exceptionally reliable apart from when I managed to damage it by dropping the monitor on two separate occasions, the first time I replaced it myself but on the second occasion I contacted the customer services department and they were incredibly helpful and responsive and replaced the handset for free. I would highly recommend this product and Brand as a result of their efficient and kind replacement of a product.

When working, this product is exactly what i wanted. I could but my 2 year old and baby both to bed and see them on the same screen as they settled to sleep. you can control night lights on the camera and also play white moise/ music too. The issue occurred after 4 days of use, the parent monitor ran out of battery in the night and then never turned back on. i left it to fully charge, however still wouldnt turn on. i emailed customer services, who were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful explained how to troubleshoot it but this still didnt work. they sent out another new parent screen which came the next day but again once fully charged wouldn’t turn on. if you manage to get a working set its an amazing monitor, however the faults in the parent screen mean i will now be looking for a new one

We had previously tried the Lollipop Camera and that kept having connection issues so we switched to this instead. It ain't cheap, but it's 100% worth that extra piece of mind. The battery life is like nothing I've seen, lasts a good 12 hours. Again this is much better than having the Lollipop app on your phone on constantly. The connection range is fantastic, we had some reservations on if it could penetrate hollowcore concrete between floors but it has no problem. It goes all the way about 50 feet outside. Their customer support is top notch too. One thing to note is that only the active camera has sound, not both at the same time. However, you can enable "scan mode" which alters between cameras every 15 seconds by holding down the "switch camera" button and we've found this to do the job.

As first time parents, we frankly wasted money on a different brand ‘smart baby monitor’, which now serves as very expensive white noise machine. What we wanted was a monitor with a decent screen that didn’t rely on Wi-Fi, and this is hands down the best we found that ticks all the boxes. Screen quality is excellent and a good size, microphone is sensitive and speaker great. Night vision importantly is clear and the ability to pan the camera means we can track our wriggler all around the cot without issue. Range on the parent unit reaches all parts of our house including the garden. We had an older version before the HD2 and the parent unit was plagued with issues, only lasted 4-6 months before it stopped charging. Annoying, but the pain was softened by how great the customer service is. Helpful, fast, and even faster replacement. I note this new version feels more robust, and the charging port is different, so fully expect that’s addressed the old versions issues. We’ve taken this to hotels, on holidays, to friends/family’s, and every time without fail it just connects and works. One less thing to worry about! If you’re hesitating, here’s your sign just to buy it!

Faulty Charger Pls replace

I bought this monitor with high hopes for a multi-screen, full range, longlasting battery option. Unfortunately the monitor didn’t meet the expectations and failed the first night of test. In terms of range, the monitor wasn’t able to cover a range of less than 30 meter, from my room to my baby’s bedroom. Secondly, after 3h the both cameras completely disconnected from the monitor and required a manual reboot. I am returning the product 1 day after receiving it.
