Air 2K

I've received the DVDO Air 2K and the very first thing I've tried is latency, in all honesty this is rock solid. Playing some games I did not feel any more latency with this WirelessHD® wireless HDMI than hard wired. The transmitter and receiver pairs within seconds and placement don't need to be direct line of sight. I had no visual dropouts or disconnects so far and will give it some more testing but so far I'm very satisfied. Both units can be powered by the included small PSU's no larger than cellphone chargers; or from any component that provides 5V USB which is how I'm powering these. They do get a bit warm but have sufficient ventilation holes to displace heat. I'm yet to try 3D signal at 1080p and will post some more comment once I've moved to my new home.

This product is absolute garbage, I'd give it zero stars if Amazon would let me. Even when the transmitter and receiver were in direct line of sight under 10 feet apart there were constant video and audio dropouts. I tried it in different rooms with different setups and it never worked well. I wish it had cause I really need a good wireless HDMI setup but this is not it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.Also I wouldn't recommend buying anything from AVLgear. They gave me the run around forever and then ended up charging me a "Restocking" fee and all the shipping back and fourth. Defective or a garbage product by nature, I got ripped off by AVLgear bad business.

I have an Onkyo AV receiver and an Apple TV. They are both connected to the DVDO Air. I previously tried two different wireless HDMI transmitters. There was a slight delay in the audio playback. This unit works perfectly That’s it. Highly recommend.

This Wireless HDMI link is not cheap, but worth every penny. I love that it does not interfere with my WiFi network. At least for the short distances I have tested, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Great quality!
