This spray is great for wood floors. I have used it to clean up little dog messes and it cleans well. There is no residue or build on the floor. The price is right and the quality of the spray is great. There is no strong smell when you spray it and none in the air.

Works good on hardwood floors.

Would have given 4 stars, but when it came in the mail no plastic screw on lid only the safety seal. Now that I have popped the seal I have no way to close up the gallon. Does it work I would say pretty good. Smell it not to string compared to other brands and I like that. Others give me a headache. Over all I would say but it.

This is a great product. I've purchased it 8x in the past year or so. My only complaint is that the sprayer is often defective (almost half didn't work properly) however I kept a few that worked and swap them when I get a defective sprayer. Otherwise a good product for wood floors.

I bought this product because of a problem on our hardwood floor. Cat pee leaked under the cat litter box and left a black stain that looked like a burn, there was also the inevitable smell. I don't know if this product was meant for a porous hardwood floor but it did work. The first time I used it, I followed the instructions and wiped off the product. This improved the smell but didn't do much for the stain. The second day, I scrubbed the stain and left the product on the wood without wiping it off. This improved the stain, but also slightly bleached the area around the stain. The following day, I soaked kitchen paper in the product and left it on the stain, tearing it into shape so the paper was only touching the stain. This made a significant improvement, however, it also removed the varnish on the wood. I scrubbed the stain and left the product on the wood floor daily until the stain was hardly noticeable. The finish on the wood floor is damaged but I can probably polish and wax it to improve the appearance. It looks much better than the black stain that was highly visible before. I was told by a wood floor company that the only way to remove a cat urine stain was by replacing the floorboards. This was a much cheaper alternative and, though not perfect, I'm happy with the result.

Hopefully anyone reading a review for this type of product will understand that these things happen. Recently, one or more of our cats started peeing on our hardwood floor. It was behind a chair, so it took some time to locate the problem area, which gave the urine smell plenty of time to really soak in. I tried cleaning it with Odo-Ban, but the smell still lingered. The same thing happened when I used Lysol. Next I tried straight, undiluted Odo-Ban. I then tried the plain Simple Solution. I thought that had worked, but they kept coming back to the same spot, which our vet said was an indicator that they could still smell urine. Enter this miracle product. It took three applications, but now the scent is gone, and the cats haven't peed on the area in several days. I'm normally not one to purchase very specific use products like this, but desperate times called for desperate measures. It's a little more expensive than the regular Simple Solution spray, but it works. I would have saved time and money if I had just used this in the first place. From now on, I will always keep a bottle of this onhand, and it will be my go-to whenever we have a pet mess on the hardwood floor.

This stuff is seriously awesome. I have 3 small dogs and sometimes they have accidents in the house on our hardwood floors. If you have ever owned a pet you know how sometimes you get hard poop stuck to your floor, getting that and the scent out of hardwood has always been a challenge. Honestly, this stuff is amazing. After cleaning up the mess, spray this on it and wait for 30 seconds, then rub with a paper towel. This gets off poop crumbs that have hardened over night and leaves a fresh citrus scent. If you have old stains on your floors it probably won't get rid of them but it will remove any left over scent. This removes the stains and the smell, honestly I haven't found anything that works as well as this.

Works good has a strange smell. Probably the enzymes.
