Where can I purchase a water bottle for the playpen?

Looking at the pen you can buy ny water bottle. Although the hole is pretty low to put it in, so I don't know how it would work physically.

Does this keep out flies and other insects when is fully zipped close?

Yes, it does a great job of keeping out insects.

Can you order a replacement door? One of ours has a tear in it.

If dog pen is still under warranty return it back for a new one, otherwise if you’re good at sewing you’ll have to use nylon thread to repair it.

What is the warranty on this playpen?

We had two months, I think, to return ours that was defective. Had no trouble at all.
