2-3 teaspoons does the trick. No aftertaste and from what I can see no insulin spike during intermittent fasting days (6 days a week). Little pricey but 1 bad pretty much lasts 7-10 days for AM coffee use !! Many many re orders

This tastes exactly like sugar especially in baking. The only problem is when you just taste a bit of it right from the bag it has a cooling effect on your tongue. Very high quality. Did not spike your sugar level like regular sugar ( my experience). When I bake again I will be getting more.

Lakanto has the best brand of monk fruit sweetener around! I've tried so many but keep coming back to this brand. It is exactly how monk fruit sweetener should taste. No strange aftertaste. Dissolves perfectly and gives me that sweetness I need in my drinks without the carbs.
