The size is "One size fits most" it has an elastic band around the base and a strap at the back that can adjust accordingly.

Hi, is this double sided?

These are great for the price, but have to be worn inside out for the satin to be next to the hair. Not as pretty looking but not sure the inside of the satin is as effective. Also the band is very wide and has to be right over my forehead otherwise the band is over my fringe and roots and not the satin. My daughter prefers these to a pillow case but I prefer a pillow case.

Can you put these bed hats in the washing machine?

I haven't (as I haven't used them much) but I'd think that you could put them in the washing machine

Does it leave marks on forehead?

Not even in the slightest. It’s the same soft silky material and it’s not too tight. And the edge isn’t really massively defined to leave a mark. My forehead is marked for hours after a winter hat that has woollen ridges but these leave nothing
