Can I place both my feet on the deck at once? (I wear a man's 10 1/2 size shoe.) If not, would you recommend a scooter that has a large enough deck?

The deck measures about 13"x4.5", so probably not. My daughter wears women's size 10, and says she fits one foot on, and then rests her other foot's toe behind.

What age is this for?

I am 66. My grandson is 5. We both use it. It is a bit big for him but he loves it. We also have the smaller one and he started out in the 3 wheeled one. Remember to wear a helmet!

Will the razor A5 perform in rough terrain?

The product is not recommended for rough terrain as it has hard plastic wheels. If your are needing a scooter for rough terrain you would want to look into our Dirt scoot scooter. That has air filled tires and is designed to be ridden in rough terrain.
