Twice i've ordered the xxl size - and twice you've sent me xl. do you actually have any xxl sizes?

The head circumference that the hat can actually achieve is the international size XL-2XL-3XL (so I also write it on the website), the hat is marked with the Chinese size L-XL-XXL, and we have explained it on the listing and size chart. indicate. Does the hat have chin strap loops both inside and outside of the hat (to support the reversibility)? Images on Amazon do, some reviews say not.

I've bought two Zyglioo XXL bucket hats, and both had chin strap loops inside and out. I also bought a similar hat made by TAGVO which only had straps on the pale side (and was a larger version of XXL, making it too big). Maybe that's where the confusion originated?
