Good ramen replacement
I heard people say konjac noodles was nasty but these was very good, it taste like regular noodles to me. As long as you season them it's good.

A mouth full of rubber bands…
I so wanted to love these noodles after watching a TikTok. I made them in a curry sauce with vegetables and shrimp. They smelled absolutely disgusting I rents them the smell definitely dissipated. When I put the first bite and it was like a mouth full of rubber bands trying to bite through and feeling them snapping every direction in my mouth. Absolutely unappetizing. I put it all down the disposal. It took a good five minutes for the noodles to be eaten by the disposal which should tell you some thing. Don’t buy this product. I hate I wasted $25 worth of shrimp. And to make it even worse I can’t return the other nine packages that I don’t want a waste of $30

Enjoyable noodles
I got it for the first time, and comparing to other brands doesn't smell much. At first it does, but after rinsing, it ok. Tastes ok. I prepare in a booth and it works well to consume instead of instant noodles!! Healthier option for after work. It doesn't feel as filling as other konjac products I've consumed before, but it's OK. Texture is as expected.

For low carb noodles these will do. Taste is ok and I'd buy this again.

Great Keto Noodles
I love this spaghetti replacement , which I use often with sauces. It used to have a terrible smell when opening the bag, but I think the company has improved it. I still wash it in cold water for a few minutes. I find the easiest way to dry it, is by rolling it in paper towels and squeezing. I do this a couple of times.

Important to chew
It doesn't really digest so you would need to spend time chewing the noodles to break them up, if you don't then it causes some painful indigestion. Considering the slender size of the noodles it is pretty difficult to chew completely.
