Every household needs a good pair of kitchen scissors, so buy these. The first, and main, feature that drew me to these scissors was the fact that they come apart into two pieces. This is huge for keeping them clean and even has a utility feature if you're using them to open boxes and whatnot. The blades are super sharp, and the handles include a bottle opener and screwdriver. Did I mention they come apart for easy cleaning!?! No more chicken gunk building up in the hinge. And to top it off, you get two pairs and blade covers. Stop reading and buy them.

These shears work great!! I LOVE that they separate, making cleaning easy. A blade guard is included for each pair also, so they don't get jostled and damaged in a drawer.

Best kitchen tool I have bought in a long time excellent grip you can cut thru most things with left or right hand fabulous job deboneing a raw chicken or doing a real neat spatchcock cut with a raw chicken plus they come completely apart to really clean in the dishwasher. 2 pairs for the price of a quality pair of shears. What's not to love this is a perfect kitchen utensil . I have also used them to cut fabric and they did an excellent job cutting thru thick felt

These are a good kitchen item to have, very useful. These are sharp so use with care. Great price for 2 pairs and love that they come apart for cleaning.

Love these. Sturdy, super sharp and come apart for the dishwasher so I can get them squeaky clean easily. My other favorite pair (Zyliss) did not, and are rusting at the rivet, so they’ve been designated emergency-use only. The little teeth between the blades are really helpful removing caps from bottles, especially if your hands are slippery when cooking. They feel comfortable and weighty in your hands. The odd bottle opener thing I didn’t think I’d ever use until I had to do a quick change of an unthreaded bolt on my dog gate. It slid under that puppy (no pun intended) and popped it out in a jiffy. If I had to find something to complain about (and it’s not really harsh) is that the end of the blades are really pointed, and clumsy me has poked herself with them a few times. It’s never drawn blood, but I might have some trepidation handing these to a child. I suppose if it really bothered you, you could knock the tip off with a file. They cut great so it would be worth the trouble.
