Works better than I thought it would. Feels almost like the calmness you get from drinking alcohol without the grogginess or sluggish feeling ethanol can give you. It's great for stress and anxiety and It honestly makes me mildly euphoric for hours when I take 2 at a time but I'm sensitive to Gaba so don't expect it to be euphoric every time for you but theres always a chance

This gaba is very good quality. I’m experimented with gaba for the last 15 years to help with sleep and also anxiety. I used to get the NOW brand but this works just fine as well if not better. Be ready for deep sleep and a lot of dreams. I wake up feeling fully recovered. This is for those people who just always feel tired and can never catch up on sleep. It’s a game changer. It also helps with anxiety so sometimes I take it 45 min- 1 hour before being in a stressful situation and this calms my nerves.

According to AI Gaba supplements cannot cross the blood-brain barrier however we have Gaba receptors all over our nervous system and so Gaba and emits a calming sensation through the gut brain access, and also through Vagus nerve signaling. Anyone that says Gaba supplements don't work have never tried taking them. That said these pills are a bit strong, I get a relaxation effect but only after 15 to 20 minutes of niacin like flushing which is common with regular Gaba supplements, PharmaGaba, a fermented Gaba supplement is more expensive but does not cause flushing. If you want to boost gaba levels in the brain then l-theanine is the way to go.

It’s wonderful and works well. It is hard for me to swallow cause it is a big pill and I usually end up gagging. So when I can take the meds it works well. I’ve actually thought about getting empty smaller capsule and transferring the contents on one pill into however many capsules it takes. I would totally do that because I can tell that much of a difference when I take it

Just as advertised. I take it before going to sleep. Not sure if its placebo but it makes me sleep faster 😴. I recommend trying it out . Its great for the price as well. Pills are easy to swallow as well. Good built quality and the strength seems to be complete. I feels healthier in the morning and improved focus as well.

I take this and also Magnesium at night time to help me relax and fall asleep. It works well, I knew that when I was anxious and upset for something, I take it, then it helps me to reduce the stress and help me relax. I am on my third bottle now. Just make sure you take it before bed time or it may cause sleepiness. I don't think it does anything on pain relief tho...I take 2 at when I go to bed , in about 1.5 hrs I am ready to just fall asleep. I've also stopped my anti-depression pills, but only after I started to feel better mentally. This acts more like a support to me and so far it's been working well.

6-22-26 I had tobuse a small kitchen knife n cut out yhe thick paper seal on the bottle inrder to remove it. I understand it's for safety but this is going overboard.
