This heat shrink tubing kit is fantastic! The assortment with multiple colors and sizes covers virtually any project need. I really appreciate the organized case - makes it easy to find the right size quickly without digging through a jumbled mess, like I had before in my electronics and wiring tote. I used these and they performed flawlessly when repairing the wiring on my trusty CRV. They shrunk up quick when heat was applied (I used a lighter), to provide good protection and adhesive quality for soldered wires. The variety and quality for the price make this an incredible value. depends what size your looking for. There were so many really really small tubes that just didn't fit my need. But, the product colors and quality were nice. The box it came it a bit flimsy but for the cost, its fine.

Great package and good value with all the various sizes. Takes up small storage and easy to sort by color. They work well and it's handy having everything ready to go. I just have to remember to slide them on before connecting the wires! It is so much more professional looking using these rather than black tape. Definitely adds to the speed of sealing the connections and can easily see if they have set properly.

It performs well and seals tightly, but I found you need to keep the tubing about 4–6 inches away from the joint while soldering. If it’s too close, it can begin shrinking before you’re ready, which makes positioning more difficult. Slide the heat shrink as far as possible down the wire before soldering, then move it into place afterward to avoid premature shrinking.
