Would this fit a 32 year old? Asking for a friend :)

Your friend 😉😉 would have to be very thin. I bought it for my 5 year old granddaughter who weighed maybe 40 pounds. It was a bit big, but I’m guessing it would be too small

Does it have compartments to put stuff?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. There are no compartments, no pockets. You could hang a grappling hook or similar. Have a good day!

Will this fit a 3 year old?

I took links out of it and it fit my 3 year old very well. When he gets bigger, I can put the links back in.
