Is the bag big enough for a regular-sized lunch?

The bag is compact and designed to fit a standard bento box. If you use larger containers, we recommend checking the dimensions before purchasing.

Does the zipper break easily?

No, we have improved the zipper quality for better durability. For the best experience, make sure the zip line on the lid is facing upward when closing, as it moves more smoothly in this position.

Can I fit an ice pack inside the bag?

Yes, we have added a mesh pocket inside the lid to store an ice pack or utensils, making it even more convenient to organize your lunch.

Is the bag easy to clean?

Yes, the bag is made of water-resistant material and can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Does the bag keep food warm or cold?

The bag is insulated to help maintain food temperature for a few hours. For better cooling, use an ice pack in the dedicated mesh pocket.
