Fiskars Crafts 8150 RazorEdge Fabric Shears, 5-Inch

The small size with blade cover is great for traveling. I throw this in my makeup bag or check in luggage and it has come in handy so many times especially when you’re in a hotel or vacation rental. Great for cutting clothing tags, plastic chip bags, opening plastic blister packages, even cutting small near empty plastic tubes of lotion that you know still contain plenty of product. I am left handed and these still work great for me. Keep in mind, these are small resembling kid sized shears.

I'm a fly tyer. Set my kids up with my old vise and tools. I was nervous about giving them a sharp/pointy set of scissors though since they're still very little. These scissors hit the mark for young fly tyers. Still very sharp to cut thread and materials, but rounded points and an easy grip handle for little kids. I know it's not their intended use, but i would recommend these scissors for little fly tyers.

Nice, Sharp, and good Fisker quality. The small size is all I need. The protective sleeve is great so I don’t cut or poke my furniture when I’m working on a project.

Sharp, smooth. I purchased 3 pair in all. Everyone loves them for sewing, tieing quilts. Will always have a pair around.

Our granddaughter is into sewing. She is 10 years old. The larger shears were difficult for her to maneuver. She loves these shears because they fit her hand perfectly. One thing to express is that it is not a toy. Extremely sharp. (That's good for cutting only fabric!)
