Just what I wanted

Love this Pressure Cooker. This one holds so much! It takes a little bit longer to build up the pressure because of the size. But I'm able cook so much more it is worth it!

This pressure cooker is fantastic. Great quality. Light weight and cooks meat quickly. Time saver for sure. No need to wait two hours. In about a half hour, the meat is done. Please keep in mind two things. Don’t overfill above the indicated line and don’t open it immediately after you turn the gas off.

Lid does not close ever it’s malfunctioned since beginning by the time I used it after a month because I didn’t have occasion to use it right away. It was already time expired to return it so I couldn’t return. It. I saw another review saying the same thing the lid doesn’t close and it’s right, Its been a year I bought it, but I was never able to close it since I bought a new lid just does not close. Wish i could get a replacement. I tried to upload a video, but Amazon is not letting me upload the video.

I am very impressed with the quality of this item. It feels very solid and sturdy. It works very well and it also comes with spare seals, and spare screws for the handles. This is very nice. In a few years the seals will need changing and it is very nice to have spare ones ready. The spare screws might also be handy. I already lost a screw on the handle of my old aluminum pressure cooker and it was a pain to find a replacement that fits. I already have a brand name pressure cooker, but it is made out of aluminum. I read there is a link between aluminum and the Alzheimer disease. Since that disease runs in my family, I don't want to take any chances.

I purchased this pressure cooker for my son in law and he loves it. It was on his wishlist. And he used it the next day. It works great.

This pan has a great surface area to contact your burner and sears meat and vegetables beautifully. Great for making a big batch of chilli to freeze or for large families. All with the benefit of fast high pressure cooking.
