Quality is OK, takes the weight of a 24" BenQ monitor. The product is very simple and easy to install, took under 3 minutes for me to get it up and use. The monitor tends to tilt towards right when the arm is stretched outwards. (half star reduced) That said, the monitor cannot be rotated to vertical or horizontal position at will once installed. One has to unscrew the VESA plate to mount the monitor vertically. (half star reduced) Edit: The stand does rotate, it was quite tight and with a little nudge it starts to turn 360 degrees. That metal part to the articulating arm is rivetted and not a bolt/nut type. So, if the monitor is tilting to either side when the arm is stretched just rotate it make it a straight line. Restored the ducked 1 star, and Quality is therefore superb.

I recently purchased the Height Adjustable Arm Mount, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with this product, especially when it comes to assembly and build quality. Everything came together smoothly, and it appears to be a well-made item. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is due to its weight. This arm mount is quite hefty on its own, and when you factor in the weight of a monitor that it's designed to support, it becomes even heavier. While I understand that there are limitations at this price point, I can't help but wish for a slightly lighter design. Don't get me wrong; this product offers excellent value for the price, and the quality is commendable. However, if it were a bit lighter, it would be truly exceptional. That's the only minor drawback I've encountered. In summary, the Height Adjustable Arm Mount is a solid choice for those looking to improve their workstation setup, with just a slight weight concern holding it back from a perfect rating. I give it four stars for its overall quality and affordability.

UPDATE in 2025 OCT: Itd still holding up great ive used it with several different monitors and several heights and adjustments. Still going strong and no issues at all. This is my 2nd purchage. I can see design has changed a little bit, whcih seems to be better than the first one. Ideal for a Monitor of 24 inch which i have. Ihave 2 and i am using them with no issues so far

After a lot of research by myself, I finally purchased this product. It does easily holds the weight of my old LG Flatron monitor 19 inches and is a strong product. It satisfy my necessary requirements and did not have to punch a hole on wall / wooden ply to fit this stand. I have used it on the regular plywood table with nearly 1'' thick table. Not sure if it will work on any MDF ply. It has 1. Height adjustment 2. Rotates as shown in product photos 3. comes with all the tools required to assemble 4. Manual for DIY installation (took nearly 30 min for assembly) Overall a value for money (bought at 1699) and good purchase.
