What is the manufacturer's name thats supposedly on the eua list? halidodo is not on that list

Guangzhou Nan Qi Xing Non-Woven Co., Ltd. is the name printed on the box (whether that's actually true is not clear), but these masks are not the same as any of those that have been tested and EUAed as far as I can tell. Masks are not given EUA on a manufacturer-by-manufacturer basis, they are done on a product-by-product basis.

The mask can be reused, but it is not recommended to use it for too long.
