Decent storage drive but needs an aftermarket heatsink
Bought this drive to replace an old hdd. Installed in M.2 slot is located under gpu. HWmonitor and crystaldiskinfo reported standby temps of around 60C and load temps of 80C.Added an ssd heatsink (Thermalright M.2 2280 pro ssd heatsink) and temps are around 40 on standby and 55 under load.

Great budget SSD with decent performance
It's not the fastest, but it's a great price for a 1TB drive, especially with a 5 year warranty. Plugged it into my PC and it was ready to go from there, no hassle at all. Recommended.

Good price, capacity and speed
Got this to upgrade the system drive on a gaming PC for the kids. It’s not a top of the line machine but this Gen 3 drive is more than fast enough for their needs. After two months of daily use, the drive continues to perform perfectly. This is the second or third Teamgroup drive I’ve purchased and I’ve never had an issue with any of them and hopefully won’t with this one either. The two TB capacity is a good trade-off between size and price while the SSD format saves a bit on my electricity bill. Win win.
