This is not to defame the product, but to save time and effort for those who are truly struggling with hair loss or hair fall. I used 2.5 boxes of this so far, and unfortunately, it did not help me in any way. To me, it felt more like consuming a sugar strip or candy rather than a solution for hair fall. Instead of spending more on this, I would strongly suggest visiting a dermatologist who can provide an actual treatment plan that delivers real results. Giving 3 starts so Amazon don’t remove or hide my review (based on it’s algorithm).

Purchased for the second time. Consistency is the key. I can see less hair fall and also hair grows faster. No side effects, easy to use and you can carry it with you while travelling. It will take time to see visible results, need to be patient and not expect any miracle overnight. If you are experiencing severe hair fall then please give these melts a try for at least three months. The ingredients are all plant based, and there are no side effects as such. My entire family has been using their products for the past 8-9 months. Initially my mother started experiencing pain in bones and swelling in legs, when she stopped using these products, she started getting better. Then my sister who was also using 4 of their products, she was experiencing bloating and other negative effects, she has to leave them. Only I was left who did not believe that that was because of taking these supposedly positive supplements, but my hair which had become coarse and breaking despite of taking supplements. Then finally in between just by fluke because I had a baby girl and I couldn’t work out so missed on all these supplements and despite of all the parties, drinking smoking my hair quality was much much better and as I again started after having missed for long i again saw similar degradation. So not just one we were three different users who faced negative impacts of these products. I have stopped taking any of their products and I will share further observations.

Just started today will update effects later in 2 months or so. Tasted great. Strips were broken but didn’t matter so just be aware when opening packet.

I’m still on my first box and will follow up on an additional comment after I finish my second order. I just don’t like the after taste it leaves in my mouth from the artificial sweetener but I usually dislike artificial sweeteners and is why I don’t like sugar-free drinks. It doesn’t last long and this makes it tolerable for me to continue using it. If it helps my hair loss the after taste is worth it.
