Wonderful product. Makes a huge difference for my IC.

Purchased to replace more expensive brand of similar item and seems to be working just as well. This product includes D-mannose and the other did not. Not sure yet if this is a benefit or not as it was not required by my doctor. There is really no taste or smell to speak of. Have no side effects after a weeks use. Good expiration date. I am using this to improve my bladder lining from diagnosed interstitial cystitis and it works. Will definitely purchase again.

I have IC and this product absolutely helps with all of the negative symptoms. I'm so happy to have found it. There's no taste to the capsules. They are on the larger side but not excessively so. It has helped reduce pain, burning, and urgency when I'm having a flare up. Highly recommend to my Endometriosis and IC girlies.

I have used aloe before and it was very helpful for my bladder urgency. This one , with D- mannose caused leakage! I’m going back to the regular aloe capsules.

I don’t usually leave reviews though I greatly appreciate those that do. In this case I HAD TO leave a review. I have been suffering with interstitial cystitis for almost a year. Long story short I finally saw a urogynecologist. I told him that I would like to treat it as holistically as possible. He recommended aloe. I later googled it to further investigate. A certain name brand was mentioned so I came to Amazon to see if they carried it….they don’t but, it’s just as well. I stumbled across this brand and read reviews. In my research it stated that freeze dried aloe is the best form for maximum absorption. The price is also a bonus. But, at the point I was at I would’ve paid almost anything to get relief. The results…I noticed a difference just after one day. Each day has been better & better! my symptoms are hardly noticeable after less than a week. I am SO THANKFUL!!! 🙌🏻

The best I have found for interstitial cystitis. Although it seems expensive their price on Aloe Vera capsules is competitive if not cheeper then most brands. I have pretty bad interstitial cystitis that causes irritation and pain mostly from acidic foods. My Urologist/OBGYN specialist recommended dried aloe. I take the recommended 3 capsules every morning and a 2nd dose in the evenly only if I'm having a flair up or know I'll be indulging in some problematic dinner foods/drinks. I find it works better then the Desert Harvest brand, I think because it has the D-Mannose, as this is the only ingredient that is different. The bands otherwise have the same mg's of Aloe Vera and Calcium Carbonate. This does not really help with leakage cause by some acidic foods fyi.

I take 5-6 a day for IC burning and other symptoms. Taken with prescription Hydroxyzine and Pepcid works for me. If I don’t take these 2 in the am 2 at lunch and 2 at night then my burning comes back. It has to build up on your bladder to make kind of a protective layer. So give it a week or two, at that point IC symptoms should start to go away. I’ve tried other brands. Cheaper and more expensive, and these work the best. Start with a higher amount, approximately 6-9, then lower anywhere from 3-6 a day after a few months. I do 2 morning, 2 afternoon and 2 evening. I recently stopped using Pepcid, but might need to add it back. I use hydroxyzine from my urogyno, but the aloe works okay without it. For burning and ic symptoms this works. For other ic symptoms like urgency, that heavy feeling in the bladder and pressure, I use the hydroxyzine. Pepcid helps if you eat acidic foods. It kinda keeps the bladder from flaring up. If you can only afford one thing, get these ! They will be a sanity saver. On days when you’re really burning take an extra one. I sleep through the night way better. My IC is severe. I was offered surgery and a tens unit. I turned them down for now because I can function well enough for now using these. I’ve had IC for many years.
