Product seems to be good, but I can't be sure because I have been unable to access the workout guide to test them properly. The password supplied to access the online guide does not work, and the seller has failed to respond to my request for assistance.

The product arrived in unsealed box. Upon opening it was dirty with marks and obviously used. Definitely not new.

I haven’t been to the gym in years but even at my peak I would struggle with 25kg dumbbells. The hardest band in here, which claims to be 22.5kg of resistance, works out as a decent but far from exhausting set when stood on (technically the toughest it will get as it is being shortened) in even the hardest movements such as the reverse fly. And when using the ankle straps (a way for those in between the weights to gradually move up I believe and also for other types of exercises) it feels almost like I’m pulling nothing.So there’s nowhere for me to progress from there and thus the other four bands, which go down in 10lb weights, are obsolete. Thankfully I have family who can make use of those and the kids are really interested and can get the easiest band (yellow) up no problem at all. I actually had to stop my four year old daughter after three reps as I didn’t think it was healthy! This is no bull either I would happily share a video if I knew how to blur out her face. If anyone can help I will.I feel even though it looks like it is advertised as for serious fitness fanatics, those who are would outgrow it so quickly or already be miles ahead of it. I feel the ideal set would contain less bands covering a much larger resistance range. These are well made don’t get me wrong. The handles are nice and comfortable and sturdy, the bands stand up to a lot of use and resultant heat from the stretching. I wish the carabiners were a little more robust looking though - I have had no accidents but they don’t inspire confidence. Indeed, I have a bigger one holding the towel on my golf bag!There are so many exercises you can do with this type of equipment but with this particular kit (and I’m sure there are many more like it) I don’t see any progression. It will simply be useful for toning and maintaining. So not useless, but I was hoping for more resistance potential. And it states do not extend more than 2.5x the length of the band so I’m worried about pushing it too far. As I have said, my children can both do the easiest band so I don’t think it’s an anomaly. Perhaps my expectations were wrong.One additional thing: you get one set of handles so if you’re using both on one band only one person can exercise at a time.Overall: good quality, just not for anyone serious about exercise I don’t think. It can’t be - I’m just trying to get back into it and I barely have a use for them anymore. Real shame because it is a very nice set.

These probably won;t cut it if you're already very buff/strong as my partner didn't feel they were quite at his level to be a good stop-gap for home workouts between the gym but for me they were just right as I still need to build up to the hardest one. They;re much better quality than my previous set too so am very happy with them and would recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  There are some seriously good pieces of kit in this set. The initial downside is that there are not clear instructions on their use. It’s not that they are complicated, it’s just that first time of figuring out what does what. Once you are over that hurdle then everything here presents excellent value. A selection of 10-50lb bands is a perfect choice as you can combine for even more intense routines. The door anchor is a particularly good feature and with its foam cushion has made sure that there is no damage.

Extremely professional looking bands compared to the plasticky ones the physios have given me over the years. These are closer to the sort of thing you see in the gym, although not obviously attached to whacking great pieces of metal.You need to know what you are doing to use these effectively but, thankfully, there are numerous videos online which will help. Just ensure its a reputable source and you should be fine.ideally ask your physio how to use them, not so easy if using NHS I know.

My wife and I both need to get some exercise and thought these would be a good idea to start with.They arrived promptly and well packaged. They come in a solid box and have a storage bag to keep all the items in. The bands themselves feel of really good quality, that should last. The handles are comfortable enough and it has a booklet with numerous exercises you can do. The only downside so far is that my wife and I are both wanting to use the same bands at the same time.Good product.
