I don’t recommend purchasing this medical cooler. When I plug it in, it doesn’t cool as expected. Instead of cooling, it actually heats up, which makes it unsafe and ineffective. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with this product and cannot recommend it

I opted for this variant because it can combine the cooking effect of gel-pack AND the cooling plate. I bought a 27000 mAh power bank to have the USB power and worked very well for us.
