No! I have a big head, but I usually stretch the ear straps before I use them because I find they get longer and don't strangle my ears like other masks I've bought! Fine workmanship, no cracking at the chin like the reviews mention!

The ones I purchased are black, but can be purchased in white of required. Very easy to use and wear, and also good to communicate through.
