I'm not an athlete, but I am trying to lose weight, exercise more, and eat in shorter windows (not quite IF but trying to at least give my gut a rest more). I had been getting shaky and dizzy which I thought was low blood sugar, but I tried these and I think my issue was low electrolytes. I take one with a bottle of water if I've exercised a lot, or when I feel shaky and dizzy, and they really seem to help. Another bonus of them is that they seem to make me feel thirstier for drinking water, which was always hard for me. I have been able to up my water intake on days when I take them. I was brought up to think salt was evil, but my daughters have POTS and one of them takes electrolytes (a different brand formulated for people with POTS) and I was amazed how much it helped so I decided to try these and I'm glad I did.

My late teen daughter was having issues with sleepiness and headaches this did the trick really replace the electrolyte she was not getting at college and the headaches went away

I got this to ease muscle cramps and edema in feet. It works much better for me to take 500mg+ of just a magnesium supplement, this supplement did not seem to affect my issues much.

I'm having some sort of microbiome issue which results in loose bowels which presents the possibility of dehydration and low electrolyte levels. I am consuming minerals from a number of sources, Dr. Bo's being one of them. Dr. Bo's electrolyte formula helps to give me a little added insurance in that area. It seems like a well-rounded, well thought out formula, having most all of the essential electrolytes and a few other items such as black pepper to improve assimilation, for instance.

These supplements are terrific for hydration. I live in Florida and sometimes cannot drink enough water for the amount I sweat out. These have helped with muscle cramping and all over wellness. They also help to kick start my brain in the mornings! Great quality and pricing.

I got a little jittery after taking this one. I used it because I was working outside in the heat and even though I would drink 16 waters a day I was still getting dehydrated. They seemed to help some but not much.
