Would this help on shoes that are already creased

What is the difference between the M and L sizes?

In the description for the size are: L size- 18 cm * 15 cm * 0.7 mm M size - 17 cm * 13.5 cm * 0.7 mm So we can say that their is only 1 cm differences between the size. I have median n use size 5 1/2 they fit fine on my shoes.

Can I use these in while wearing shoes that are to big for me?

I brought them and cut it a certain way to be able to wear them in my shoes
