If you use these, your new home will be the bathroom
Please read my review before buying! I see a lot of reviews on here that are very positive for this product, however it is not a product I can reasonably see myself using after 2 days of taking these capsules, and here's why: 1. Man do these hurt my stomach! All day. I get cramps to the point where I have no choice but to run to the bathroom. 2. I have to go to the bathroom ALL DAY long, even with taking only 1 capsule at bed time - the next day I spend the entire day running in and out of the bathroom. 3. I would not take these if you have plans for that day unless you have immediate access to a bathroom and are comfortable going at least 10 times.

Great product!
They do as expected with no cramping. Take 2 before bed & in the morning you'll get relief! The price I paid was $13.99 and worth every penny! I will definitely purchase these again!
