Will NOT accept 1/4 inch brake lines to the front
This will work for a smaller car, truck. but not with 1/4 inch brake lines for the front brakes. the rear brakes outlet will work with 1/4 inch lines. This valve is for 3/16 inch brake lines outlets for the front ONLY. The inlets from the Master cylinder are for UP TO 1/4 inch brake lines. This valve can be used will all 3/16 brake lines with various adapters. This is a PV4 for disc to disc brakes. The PV2 looks like it has the larger front outlet ports for up to the 1/4 inch brake line. The PV 2 is for Disc/ Drums ONLY.

Disc brake conversion on your old beater?
Simple swap when doing rear disc brake conversion on classic cars. This disc/disc proportioning valve replaces the disc/drum valve that you started with. Bolts up the same and brake lines attach in the same place as on the old PV2 on the front cross member on your square body.
