Do you use one at a time. Will the others keep until 90 days are up?

it depends on how you would like to use the sachets. You can place one sachet to cover one area. And place other sachets in other areas to combat your situation. These sachets will last around 3 months untill the smell starts to slowly wear off. Even then, the smell will still lsightly remain and repel the rats and mice to a certain degree.

If however,  you are only placing one down at a certain time and not using the other sachets, you can just seal the pouch that they come in and place it in storage to use on another occasion. We would suggest you block any existing entrances in multiple places in order to achieve the best results. These would work better than a spray as you can place them in the smallest of areas and leave them there without the worry of staining or damaging any material or having to re-apply to get more results.

The sachets have an extremely strong smell, which deters rodents and the aim is to stop them from entering through the area you have placed the sachet.

Would these work along boundary hedge outside where neighbour causing rat problem in semidetached loft & garden

I have used them successfully in a garage where a rat/ rats had taken up residence during the winter. The area they bedded down in has been tidied up and the rat deterrent put down and there has been no evidence of rats or mice since that time although it is easy for them to get in from outside as the garage door isn’t completely flush with the ground. I’m really not sure if the effect of the minty smell would be concentrated enough in an outside area such as you describe. This is just an opinion as I do not know. I still need to see if it still deters them once the colder months arrive but so far in a contained environment it appears effective.

How to set up ratkil trap

Inside the bait box there is a a thin metal bar which clips out and you  slide the blocks onto it clip it back in place and lock the  box back up and put it in  a place with some cover if possible you will need to try and watch to see where their coming from   (by  that I mean their run ) and place it somewhere along that run as I said preferably with some cover, then leave it for 2 or 3 days then check to see how much has been taken and top up as necessary until your problem has gone, hope this helps.
