I ordered STRAWBERRY SUPREME (it has the circled 3, 2, 1 on the can. I can't be certain of the CREAMY MILK CHOCOLATE, cause I didn't order that flavor. But if item descript is for that flavor - it will probably be (321) what you want. Hope it's the right one and good luck!
