Drinking fountain
Works and looks great. Installation is tough, especially if its going on a cement block wall. The plumbing needs to align exactly in order to fit.

Drinking/bottle filling station.
Well designed cooler except for filter access. Works well and good install directions on line. Just wish filter had an access door on the side rather than removing bottom panel that has access screws facing the floor.

Good fountain
I am upgrading our old fountains at work. I've got two now. Install was decent, just triple check everything stubs out where needed, to help myself, I made a cardboard template of the space needed. Seemed to help. I think it should come with one. I had to trouble shoot a few things, a wire came loose during shipping, so first startup was troublesome. The fan seems kind of noisy, but we do have stone floors and concrete walls, so sound is noticeable. Everyone loves the cold fresh water though, especially the bottle filler. Now time to strip and wax the floor...

Huge upgrade, everyone loves the bottle filler!
Replaced the old drinking fountain at our church that was from the 1970โs. The old one didnโt have a filter and the cooler quit working a long time ago. Finally it was time for an upgrade, and this one ticked all the boxes for us. Bottle filler, filter, refrigeratedโฆ and the best price we could find. Came with everything we needed except the water line and p-trap for the drain which was to be expected. Everything was pretty straight forward once we had the plumber move things around as this fountain needed the drain and water supply in a different location than the old one. Only problem we had was the space for the p-trap was extremely tight, and because of where a stud was we werenโt able to get the water shutoff exactly where the instructions called for. I think we had to move it over about a 1/2โ, and while it still fits, I had to take the handle off the shutoff and use a crescent wrench to turn the water on and off because the stop is too close to the compressor. All in all, it wasnโt too bad, the installation instructions are pretty good, and people love the bottle filler option. I havenโt seen many people use the fountain to get a drink, but I see plenty of people filling cups and water bottles from it.

Come to the fountain of life and thirst no more!
Unless you a seasoned DIY'er, you probably want help from a plumber/electrician. The measurements they show you for location of drain line, water line, & electrical are not accurate, so it takes critical thinking skills to make it work. But once it is installed, it works like a dream! Our church hasn't had a drinking fountain in 2 years - never had a bottle filler - but it has been in for just a few days, and people are going nuts over it! Well worth the investment!!

Very stylish dual water fountain. Not easy to install.
Replaced a similar dual water fountain we used for over 20 years. We are not professional plumbers, but adequate enough to be able to do plumbing and air conditioner installation. This was not easy to install, even though most of the water/drain/power connections were already in place because of the old water fountain. In fact, it appears that we received a unit that had been returned because the original buyer attempted to install one fountain and gave up. Pros: -- stylish appearance -- push bars have sensors, so small children don't need to push too hard -- works well, and bottle filler is a real bonus (we did not have one on old unit) Neutral: -- Our building water pressure is not that high, but we had to turn the screw to minimum to keep the water from spraying/splashing out of the basin. Cannot use pushbar to additionally control the water flow. -- Difficult to install, even if you have some plumbing/electrical experience. Otherwise, be prepared to spend a few hundred dollars to hire a plumber. -- water is cold, but definitely not as cold as our old fountain, even after adjusting Cons: -- The surface is very polished which makes it look super nice when new/clean. But oily fingerprints show up readily, and if you have hard water (which we do) the water immediately causes water stains/residue. It's useless to try to use a specialty cleaner, as the water stains re-appear immediately upon next use. Our old water fountains had satin finish, so you never noticed the water stains nor fingerprints. -- Manual is both detailed and terrible. What is mentioned in the manual is detailed. But then other stuff is completely left out. After testing to make sure the fountain worked properly, one of the wire connectors accidentally got hooked and yanked loose during final installation of the covers. It took about an hour of looking through the entire manual and then poking around to find where it connected (and I am an electrical engineer by training). Neither that connector nor the hidden circuit board is mentioned at all in the manual nor schematics. As it turns out, the price suddenly dropped 50% on the day we made the final decision to buy! But when we got it, the wrapping on one of the fountains was missing, and there were very greasy fingerprint stains on that fountain. It should have been sold as open box instead of new. Too much trouble to return (100lbs), so Amazon granted an additional 10% discount. I later discovered that one of the snap-on sections was heavily greased at the joint. I am guessing the previous buyer gave up trying to install, and used grease to try to get the section to snap back place. The new fountain works fine, and every likes it. I think I'm the only one who notices the water stains.

Church water fountain
Love this water fountain, easy to install (thanks to a plumber friend), the water comes out fresh & cool, itโs also super easy to refill all our different sized water bottles.

Lots of effort to install but the final results are worth it
As others have mentioned, the area you get to work with for installing the water pipe, drain pipes and electrical is very limited. So take your time and carefully select the access points. I recommend you first hang the base unit on the wall and then determine where the plumbing and electrical should enter from the wall. Even being off by a 1/2 inch will cause major headaches in the installation. But the drinking fountain is top notch and worth the effort once completed.

Manufacturing defect
I think this will be a great product once the company sends someone out to fix it. Apparently, the "motherboard" has a manufacturing defect. Getting to understand this took our plumber and electrician many problem solving attempts and finally a call to Elkay. This has cost our non-profit/charity a lot of extra money. Hopefully they will send out someone soon.....
