The product stopped working two months after purchase. When I contacted Conway for service they denied the service saying this is not an authorized seller so they won’t service this product. Pls avoid this seller totally

One of the essentials in my room so far. Its pretty quiet and effective, I've noticed that I have less sinus problems when sleeping and waking up during the winter. Right now, I'm writing this review as I'm about to order a filter replacement for it. It has lasted over a year and its very easy to clean but now the odor light is on and needs replacing. Odor wise, it keeps my room clean from allergens and dust and smell despite having a scented night light.

It's nice to look at it's a very nice color I got the green one and it's very nice, it's pretty quiet, and it is doing something because I've had to clean it out a couple of times already. I think it's good for a very small area like a bedroom or maybe your living room. I've had it a little while now for a couple months I believe, although I don't notice anything much with the air quality I live downtown in the city so it's often very dusty and I have pets so there's issue with their hair and I occasionally smoke indoors, and it seems to keep the air in my apartment which is not very big of 500 sq ft, and it seems to remove whatever odors there would be from my dogs or from cigarette smoke so I don't smell anything in my apartment or does anybody else so that's one thing it's good for. And I am chronically ill with colds and fleas in the winter time and I have not had one since I had this, so I guess it's doing something.. I would recommend buying two of them rather than just one because it's not very powerful that's for sure. And if it's sitting close to me wherever I'm sitting and I have it on it actually cools the room and can make it actually cold so keep that in mind too which is a good thing because in the summertime and it will help with having clean fresh air and cool air for that matter. It's a very nice color it's small and like I say it's very quiet and easy to maintain I would highly recommend this product to anyone living in a small space where you need to have your fresh air in the air in your environment filtered for health and better breathing.

Exceptional product. Efficient. Effective! Well designed and engineered. COWAY knows their stuff. This is for smaller rooms. The larger ‘brother’ is still rated #1 in NYTimes “Wirecutter”. Very quiet at #1 and #2 speeds. Auto works well. The real test will be during wildfire season, a bit later on in Spring and Summer. Was a relative bargain when on sale during Prime Days. *Highly recommended*!
