I bought mine frida in july but it stopped workin. it won’t suction it just makes a noise. can i get it replaced ?

THIS ANSWER IS FROM (MACK42) A: Mine was doing the same and was able to fix. If you have a mini Phillips screwdriver you can fix. The motor inside has stopped and needs to be manually spun. There is a hidden access screw under the blue control section. Peel up bottom right to find. Take apart. Unhook the hoses. Carefully remove small silver cylinder with white cap. That's the motor. Unscrew the 3 screws holding white plastic cap. Pop off. Next unscrew the next white plastic cap, two screws. Now pop that off along with the small white plastic gear kinda thing. Now you can spin the motor shaft free with some needle nose pliers. I cleaned off some corrosion around the shaft and put one drop of oil on the shaft also. At this point you can press power and make sure it spins. If so, reassemble and you'll be good! If you mix up which hose is which...turn on and feel for the one that sucks. The top blue piece that connects the top with the base is not staying on! Is it supposed to twist tight? Or snap on securely??

DID NOT Switch on Even ones. I can’t even return it now because I realised it does not work after two months. so expensive and didn’t even switch on once. It’s a dummy product. It’s an opened box that does not even have a basic manual.
