Will it fit à Bosch 1400

dont know about bosch,you can redrill the mount holes but the table needs a long depth of reach on the bit, I bought a new Mcallister and that works fine

If you have to make holes for a different router, does the Router lift still work?

I use a scissor car jack to elevate the router. not any built in system it has good control and fine adjustment

I just have a macalister router from baq but rly want the table set up will my router attatch to this?

Not sure if your router would fit but this table is delivered direct from the USA. It is electrically fitted for the US market for the plug adapters and would mean you having to mess around with the electrics to adapt it to accept UK plugs. I don't think it ran on 240v either. I literally unboxed it checked the plugs, reboxed it and returned it. Hope this helps.
