Best hairspray!! Finally, comparable and way better than the 80’s formula Aquanet! All the hold but somehow without the stiffness. This really gives my long fine hair volume and I am pleasantly surprised. I bought the two pack (because that’s all I could find at the time) now I’m glad I did! I prefer this to Color Wow for hold and texture. John Frieda makes my hair look healthy, not brittle, the volume is fantastic and my hair still feels soft.

My favorite hair spray so light but yet holds long and not stiff

Packaged was undamaged and in good condition. I love this product and they do not sell in stores anymore. This is one of the only places I can still find this product.

I'm getting used to using this on my thinning hair. The aerosol is very intense but it definitely holds and seems to make my hair seem thicker. I believe the can will last a long time. I gave it four stars because I'm used to non-aerosol and it's difficult to use on myself.

I used to be able to buy this product at a local store, however, even though they continue to carry John Frieda products, they discontinued carrying this particular one. I have had trouble finding it in other stores as well. I am grateful to be able to buy it on Amazon. It is light, and it gives lift, and does not make your hair too stiff. If you need a high hold spray, this is not for you. It is a soft hold, but the volume is the best thing about it. One thing of note, I don't know if they changed the composition, but the spray nozzle gets a little clogged sometimes. You can just scratch it off with your fingernail or make it wet. But I don't remember that this happened in the past.

John Friedman products are the bomb. Always in my hair product section of bathroom.

Light but really does add volume. Doesn't weigh down hair unless you use WAY too much. Very good price/value. Used to use the previous version of the Frieda volume hairspray. Don't know if it actually changed, but at some point I stopped using it because it seemed the formula had changed and it didn't work as well. I tried this again recently - and I'm so glad I did. It sprays a fine mist so it's not putting too much lacquer in any one spot. Sometimes you have to clean the sprayer a little bit between uses. It gets a little clog. RUn your fingernail over the sprayer once or twice and you're good to go again. I love this formula even better than the one I used a long time ago. I seems to spray a wider, finer mist. Maybe it's just the sprayer itself! Nice scent, not too strong and doesn't linger on your hair.
