this laptop arrived with Windows 11 installed when i expected Windows 10. on contacting the seller, they appologized and offered to take it back and install Windows 10. i declined this offer as i was going to use it for working on my cars and installing Virtual Machine to run Windows 10 and XP. unfortunately the laptop was too new and would not accept my USB adapter for Diagbox. i then contacted the seller asking to send it back and they accepted. the day after it was shipped back, i got a full refund. i would recomment this seller. by the way, the laptop was in pristine condition with a good battery and more with memory than was in the listing. well packed and very fast delivery.
